BECOMING CATHOLIC
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
Acts 2:42
No matter age, one’s faith is always in formation. At Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, we support every stage of that formation to meet you where you are. Our parish offers a warm, spiritual home for a diverse group of Catholics.
We’re happy you’re here!
Whether you are new or have been participating in liturgies here for a few months or even a few years, once you consider Saint Francis of Assisi your spiritual home, it's helpful to register to ensure that you receive all the parish communications. Our ability to build community is helped by having an up-to-date database of registered parishioners. See our Parish Registration webpage to register.
Saint Francis of Assisi Parish also welcomes those seeking fuller participation in the life of the Church. The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the communal process through which non-baptized adults become members of the Catholic Church. It is also suitable for those who have been baptized in other Christian traditions but feel called to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church, as well as for those individuals baptized in the Catholic Church who have yet to receive the sacraments of Eucharist and confirmation. Weekly sessions are held from October through Easter. Contact the Parish Office for more information.
